Iran freestyle team wins Cadet Asian C’ships

Iran freestyle wrestling team claimed the title of the 2018 Cadet Asian Championships.

The Iranian team grabbed six gold medals and two bronzes in the competition held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Rahman Amouzad in 45kg, Mohammad Baghi in 65kg, Mohammad Nokhodi in 71kg, Mohammadreza Ghiyasi in 80kg, Ali Abdollahi in 92kg and Amirabbas Zare in 110kg claimed six gold medals for the Iranian wrestling team.

Seyederfan Jafarian in 51kg and Sajjad Goudarzi in 55kg won two bronze medals.

Iran claimed the title with 196 points, followed by Kazakhstan (171 points) and Uzbekistan (146 points).
